Reference Number 0000366762 Town of Clinton is inviting interested and qualified firms to submit statements of qualifications for professional Solar Photovoltaic installation services at the Town's salt shed. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Michael Whitton Town Supervisor Phone: 845-266-5853 Email: townsupervisor@townofclinton.com Deadline for Questions Friday, November 1st - (5:00 PM) , Answer to Questions Wednesday, November 5th The firm selected will work with the Town to provide the following services: Scope: o Verify site conditions for constructability. o Provide structural analysis of the building's ability to support the weight of the new system, stamped by a NYS licensed PE. Provide additional structural support as necessary. o Provide a complete turn-key system size as specified in Attachment 2 of this RFQ o Provide all materials, labor and equipment required to perform the basis of design for this RFQ o PVSyst report and equipment as or equal to section cut sheets. o Provide netmeter and interconnection to the utility, including all required paperwork. o Provide required (if applicable) permitting to construct new system o Provide commissioning, system start-up and training to the designated Town officials. o Provide an on-site project manager responsible for project oversight for the duration of the project o Provide a detailed schedule of material lead times and expected duration and start dates of project o Prepare and submit all required paperwork for NYSERDA and Federal ITC direct pay incentives o Coordinate any delays or schedule adjustments with the Town Firms must be licensed in the State of New York and have extensive experience relating to the turn-key installation of municipal solar PV systems. The Project will include necessary permitting, installation, utility interconnection, installation and commissioning of the new system at the Town's salt shed. Firms should have experience successfully working with municipalities across NYS. The Town of Clinton is seeking a small roof top mounted solar PV array at the Town's salt shed building. This building is located at the Town's central campus located at 1215 Centre Rd, Rhinebeck, NY 12572.
