Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Fairview, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,250-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The work to be performed under this contract includes demolition of a one –story block building, approximately 1,250 s.f., disconnecting of utilities prior to demolition, and relocation or extension of gas, water, electric and sanitary sewer facilities for a new building and incidental work. Principal items of work in the project include: L.S. Clearing Site, Demolition of Structures 200 L.F. 2” Steel Gas pipe 100 L.F. ½” Water Service 170 Ton 9.5M64 HMA Surface Course 175 L.F. 4” PVC sanitary sewer lateral The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by October 4, 2024. Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. Such checks and Bonds shall be made payable to the Owner and will be held as a Guarantee that in the event the Bid is accepted and a Contract awarded to the bidder, the Contract shall be duly executed and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder.
