Firm pricing for various grades of standard "patch" asphalt material for use on secondary streets and collector/local streets not requiring VDOT grade material hauled by Town of Front Royal for a one-year period once awarded. The successful Bidder warrants that all goods provided shall conform with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All material and/or equipment furnished shall be new, unused and shall be the same as the manufacturer's current production model unless specified otherwise by the Town The Offeror agrees that it has procured all licenses, permits, or other like permission required by law to conduct or engage in the activity requested within this RFP; that it will procure all additional licenses, permits, or like permission required by law during the term of the Contract; and that it will keep such licenses, permits, and permissions in full force and effect during the term of the Contract. DELIVERY 1.1 The quoted price shall be F.O.B. destination, and shall include all freight costs, including inside delivery to the Town of Front Royal Public Works Department 800 Crosby Rd. Front Royal, VA. 1.2 Delivery is preferred within 30 days after order is placed. Bidders shall specify delivery if so, requested on the QUOTE FORM.
