This contract shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance service to the County's variety of HVAC equipment. The Owner is responsible for all filters. The Contractor shall provide repair services for the variety of mechanical units. The County reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all bids. The period of performance of the resultant firm fixed price contract will begin on the day of issuance of Notice to Proceed, and continuing, if not otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB, for 150 days. This public body does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, 2.2-4343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment.
