Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Front Royal, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The County of Warren, Virginia is seeking Requests for Quotes (RFQ) from individuals or contractors, referred to throughout this document as "independent contractor" that are interested, experienced and knowledgeable in the installation of a push button entry system in the gym of our Health and Human Services Building. Replace Existing Stanley Auto Operator in the Exterior Vestibule at the Community Center. Replace two new 433mhz 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 wheel chair logo transmitters. Replace one 433 receiver with operator. Contractor is responsible for obtaining zoning applications from the Town of Front Royal. Contractor is responsible for obtaining the appropriate permits from the County of Warren.
