Renovation of a municipal facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work Location:Building Inspections Department of Warren County Government Center located at 220 N. Commerce Ave. Front Royal VA. Removing existing carpet tiles and replacing with Tandus Applause III dry back carpet tiles. The scope of work will include removing approximately 440 sq. yd of the existing carpet tiles and cove base. The independent contractor will skim and prepare floor for new carpet tiles. The independent shall supply and install approximately 440 sq. yards of Tandus Applause III dry back carpet tiles. Color to be determined. The independent contractor shall provide the appropriate carpet tile adhesive. The independent contractor shall provide and install approximately 1,000 linear ft. of 4'' high 1/8'' thick vinyl cove base and the appropriate adhesive. Color to be determined. The independent contractor will be responsible for moving any furniture (tables, filing cabinets, desks, chairs etc.) prior to starting work. Work to be done DURING regular business hours of 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with the exception of the lobby and reception areas, which are to be done AFTER regular business hours.
