The BIDS shall be based on providing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the Glades County US 27 Utility Corridor Infrastructure East Side Sewer Addition The project consists of the installation of a duplex submersible lift station and the installation of approximately 5,360 feet of 10- inch diameter force main including (2) 12 directional bores under the railroad tracks and the Caloosahatchee River. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for Glades County US 27 Utility Corridor Infrastructure East Side Sewer Addition as necessary to complete the project per the plans and specifications. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check or by an acceptable BID BOND in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of the BID payable to Glades County, as a guarantee that if the BID is accepted the BIDDER will execute the CONTRACT and file acceptable PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT SURETY BONDS equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price within ten (10) days after written notice of the AWARD OF CONTRACT. No bidder may withdraw his BID for a period of ninety (90) days after date set for opening of the BIDS. Glades County reserves the right to: waive informalities in any BID, delete any portion of the project; extend the project within the limits of the work in- volved. The Owner has the right to accept or reject any or all bids
