The Board of County Commissioners of Glades County, Florida (the "County") hereby request responses from qualified (per Florida Statutes Section 287.055) Responders to perform preconstruction and construction services to include the design and construction and all necessary materials and labor for the remodeling/renovation of the County's Doyle Conner building project ("Project") The Responder(s) selected will perform professional services for the County pursuant to the terms of a written professional services agreement with the County. Owner Rights: The County reserves the right to reject any or all responses in its sole discretion. The County also reserves the right to waive irregularities and technicalities, to re-advertise for additional responses, and to select the Responder(s) who, in the County's sole discretion is in the best interest of the County. All cost and expenses related to preparation and submission of a response are the responsibility of the responder.
