Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bethany, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of September 12,2023, project was awarded to Kalkreuth Roofing but awarded amount is not available. The project consists of: Removal of old shingles and roofing materials, etc, disposal of old shingles and roofing materials, etc, and cleanup. Replacement of any wood necessary for installation of new roofing. Installation of underlayment for new roof materials and Installation of new roof, edging, and capping. Bids for a Metal and/or Shingled Roof will be considered. Bids shall be submitted utilizing a two envelope system. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Envelope 1 must contain the bid bond. Envelope 2 must be a separate, sealed envelope, marked "bid proposal" and must contain the completed and signed bid proposal. Both envelopes must have the following information in the lower left-hand corner: Name and address of bidder, bidder's West Virginia contractors license number, "bid on roofing project" and be submitted to: The Town of Bethany, West Virginia, Prospective bidders may contact Mark Bolen to inspect the roof utilizing the contact information listed above. There is no mandatory pre-bid conference.
