**As of September 13, 2023, project was awarded to Greenhalgh Construction awarded amount is $1,914,289.12** The Community Development and Renewal Agency of Santaquin City (CDRA) is requesting bid for the Santaquin Peaks Subdivision improvements. The Project consists of construction of approximately 500 feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 900 linear feet of Culinary Water, 1,850 feet of curb and gutter, 26,572 square feet of asphalt, storm drain Facilities, streetlight conduit, bases and meter pads, roadway utility crossings, and power conduit within the Santaquin Peaks subdivision. This includes but is not limited to excavation, placement, bedding and backfill of stated underground utilities listed above; placement and grading of road way cross section, which includes structural fill, road base, curb, gutter, and asphalt. Question Deadline: 07/19/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price.
