Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for Interstate 10 (I 10) Deck Park Tunnel Cleaning Services. The work under this contract shall include all labor, materials equipment, cleaning chemicals, clean up, mobilization and associated traffic control for the cleaning of the I 10 Deck Park Tunnel. Surfaces to be cleaned include ceramic tile, grout, lighting fixture lenses, phone and fire cabinets, and concrete barrier walls. Inquiries regarding the solicitation are to be submitted online through the State’s e-Procurement system, Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) (https://app.az.gov/) using the Discussion Forum tab. The Department reserves the right to require, at any time throughout the life of this contract, proof from the Contractor thatitssubcontractors have the required coverage.
