The City of Phoenix (City) invites sealed offers for HVACR Systems, Components, Equipment/Controls, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation of Equipment at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) for a five- (5) year period commencing on April 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this solicitation. This Contract includes two (2) one-year options to extend the term, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Aviation Department Director of Aviation Services. The required services in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are listed as two separate groups. Offerors may submit an offer for Group I: HVACR Control Systems Maintenance, Repair and Installation, and/or Group II: HVACR Systems, Components and Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Installation. The City reserves the right to multiple awards, and this solicitation will result in two contracts.
