The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration & inspection services with minor design services to support the City's Wastewater Collection System Emergency Repair and Replacement Job Order Contract Program. Services include, but are not limited to: quick response to emergency requests, preparing reports and design documents, conducting progress meetings, reviewing contractor submittals, certifying contractor payment applications, preparing record drawings, providing oversight of construction activities, and performing field inspections. Services will be provided citywide. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $50 million. The consultant team needs to be available to provide sufficient resources to respond immediately to emergency needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The firm shall respond to the designated location within one and one-half hours. Engineering services will be related to the construction and postconstruction phases of required emergency repairs for the Wastewater Collection System Emergency Repair and Replacement JOC Program. Repairs can be small items to major construction projects. Services will consist of minor design services, project administration services during construction, engineering services during construction, resident engineering services during construction, and special services (both construction and post-construction).
