Renovation of a municipal facility in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. It is a Level 3 alteration of an existing building. The building and site of a former car dealership that was recently used as a dry storage facility will be converted to Central School Kitchen Facility. The renovated project will house Office Space, Commercial Kitchen, Dry Storage, Refrigerated Storage, Freezer Storage, Food Receiving and Distribution faciality. The existing facility is located on 1.27 acres at 449 North Street. The structure is comprised of slab on grade, masonry structure containing 15,869. Only PREQUALIFIED general contractors or PREQUALIFIED subcontractors are eligible to submit bids or filed sub-bid, except for the category of Miscellaneous Metals. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 10/04/2023 at 5:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 10/12/2023 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids
