SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install approx. 1,730 sqft of vinyl plank flooring over existing carpet. Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following. Move and protect all furniture (including desks, chairs, file cabinets, couches etc.) required to complete scope of work. Personal items will be removed from the office space. Remove existing cove base. Install vinyl plank flooring over existing carpet. Ensure vinyl thickness is correct for laying over existing surface. Install new cove base.
