The building and site of a former car dealership that was recently used as a dry storage facility will be converted to Central School Kitchen Facility. The renovated project will houses Office Space, Commercial Kitchen, Dry Storage, Refrigerated Storage, Freezer Storage, Food Receiving and Distribution facility.The existing facility is located on 1.27 acres at 449 North Street. The structure is comprised of slab on grade, masonry structure containing 15,869 sf. Only PREQUALIFIED general contractors or PREQUALIFIED subcontractors are eligible to submit bids or filed sub-bid, except for the category of Miscellaneous Metals.
