Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the removal of the existing glue adhered ceiling tiles and installation of new suspended acoustical ceilings, and new acoustical panel ceilings at the existing first floor hallways, second floor hallways and stairwells. The existing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, intercom/paging, and other existing low-voltage systems are to remain with minimal to no modification. Revision of supply air distribution system and diffuser/register/grille locations for new layout. New interior lighting, in impacted areas is Owner-Furnished, Contractor Installed. No contractor may withdraw his bid after the hour and date set for the submittal thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the proposal submittal date. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. ESTIMATED BASE QUOTE COST RANGE: $450,000.00 to $550,000.00
