As of august 2, 2023 the project is awarded to A K Petersheim Builders, LLC, awarded amount is $215,000.00. NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. The project consists of the complete furnishing and installation of pickleball courts at Dunedin Community Park, and all other associated work as indicated on the plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Manchester Township; or a Bid Bond in favor of West Manchester Township, in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workers employed on this project. West Manchester Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of West Manchester Township.
