Site work for a transportation facility in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equivalent to ten (10) percent of the amount of the base bid and all alternates. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or a bid bond secured by a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. The bid guarantee shall be made payable to Sussex County Council Contract Term: 60 Consecutive Calendar Day Question Deadline 08/01/2023 All Contractor questions must be submitted in writing to J. Mark Parker of the Engineering Department at mark.parker@sussexcountyde.gov no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. Sussex County reserves the right to extend the time and place of the bid opening on not less than two (2) calendar days notice by electronic means to those who have obtained copies of the Contract Documents. Sussex County reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 07/28/2023 Contractors should visit the site at their earliest convenience to familiarize themselves with the entirety of proposed work.
