Managing Consultant (Architect), Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscape, LEED, Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Civil, Code, Acoustic, Building Envelope, Door Hardware, Modular Construction, Building Information Management (BIM) and Mass Timber Hybrid The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications ("RFPQ") is to invite interested Construction Manager ("Respondents") to submit Responses indicating their interest in and qualifications for the Abbotsford (ARH) Long-Term Care Project (B713-01) or (DH) Long-Term Project (B243-01). Based on these Responses, Fraser Health Authority ("Authority") intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFPQ, a short-list of Respondents to participate in the next stage of the Construction Tender process. This RFPQ is not a tender, an offer, or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Authority to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ. The Project will include construction of a new long-term care building that will include two hundred (200) single bed rooms, up to thirty two (32) space DPOA, support services areas for food services, housekeeping, linen and laundry services, and equipment washing. Further, common areas include dining rooms, activity areas for programs, staff offices and support areas, and outdoor balconies and gardens. There are also transportation interfaces such as loading facilities, parking for staff, visitors, and oversized parking stalls for ambulances and HandyDART. The Project will address deficiencies in the existing facility from both a service delivery and a facility condition perspective and will have a gross building floor area of approximately 16,700 m2. The Project scope also includes a forty nine (49) space Child Daycare with a gross building floor area of approximately 750 m2. The Child Daycare scope is based on a functional program and is a stand alone building with separate services and parking. In addition, there will be approximately 112 surface parking stalls within the lot. All inquiries regarding the RFPQ are to be directed, by email, to the contact person identified below. B243-01 Delta Long-Term Care Project The Delta construction budget for the scope of this Project is: $ 90,000,000 (excludes: soft costs, taxes, escalation, and contingency). B713-01 Abbotsford Long-Term Care Project The Abbotsford Project duration is estimated at 51 months. B243-01 Delta Long-Term Care Project The Delta Project duration is estimated at 55 months. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
