TIMELINE: Notice of Intent to Direct Award: Notice is hereby given by the City of Abbotsford of its intent to direct award a contract to Kerr Wood Leidal Consulting Engineers (KWL) for the following services on behalf of the City: Engineering Design and Construction Services for Sumas River and Canal Sediment Program. Further update in summer 2025, upon approvals. *As the ongoing provision of services is critical for public safety, the City intends to award the engineering services support to KWL up to a total anticipated cost of $3,300,000 plus GST.
