Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the type of bid marked on same. The Contractor shall provide and include an Affidavit that states he/she has a valid General Contractor's License in Lake County together with a notarized affidavit that it will comply with the County's Affirmative Action Program. All bids must be made in full compliance with the laws governing such matters. A bond, certified check, cashiers check equal to 5% of bid must accompany all bids, one of the sureties must be a resident of lake county, Indiana, or a surety company authorized to do business in lake county, Indiana. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved
