Site work for a water / sewer project in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes a new 500,000-gallon pedesphere elevated water tank and supporting infrastructure. The tank will be approximately 180 feet tall. The project will provide improved water service for residents in Lowndes County. The contract time is 180 calendar days. A 5% bid bond is required. All Bidders shall be licensed underground utility contractors in the State of Georgia The contract time is 365 calendar days. The bid documents may be viewed at the Lowndes County Utilities office, 327 N. Ashley Street, Valdosta, Georgia on the 1st floor of the Administration building and a pdf copy of the bid documents can be requested from LEA.
