Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 29,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. It won’t be awarded until it goes before council in July. Council date will be July 20th.** The work consists of installing new traffic signal and support poles, pavement, new turn lanes, curb and gutter, storm drainage, removal & replacement of driveways, traffic signs, record drawings, traffic control, grassing, erosion control, and other related work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
