This project is being rebid due to price escalations catalyzed from required phasing, previously unforeseen. The pumphouse, water storage tank steel tank (33 16 15), water utility distribution piping (33 11 00) / sanitary sewerage (33 30 00) / storm drainage utilities (33 40 00) / underground electrical distribution (33 71 02) / telecommunications outside plant (33 82 00) to 5' of Building 675 - HMU Building, are shown for reference only as they are currently under construction and are included in a previous phase contract. Do not include pricing for these items in this bid. Construction of a new 57,873 SF, 4 bay maintenance hangar building with support offices and rooms, A 1200 SF Fire Pump building and adjacent 150,000-gallon fire water storage tank. Building construction is masonry and steel with exterior metal siding and roofing. Complete MEP and finishes are included along with site utilities and paving and the demolition of existing buildings and tanks. *Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable in addition to goal for minority and female worker participation on the aggregate workforce. Reference the front end of the specifications. *Small business Participation including Small Disadvantaged, Women Owned, HUB Zone, Veteran Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned are part of the project. *Minimum LEED Silver Certification will apply on this project. *Buy American Act per FAR 52.246-11 will apply *All pricing and bid proposals must be valid for 180 Days from bid date. Also, various Options (alternates) have an extended pricing timeline that is to be allowed for as noted on bid form.
