Renovation of an educational facility in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of removal of existing roof membranes and replacement with new roof insulation and roofing membrane along with associated metal wall panel installation. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Construction Schedule will be based on material delivery and may warrant installation to occur after normal school hours, weekends, and holidays. Construction shall begin immediately after material is available and entire project must be completed prior to June 2023
