Electronic Submission via https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/ The Proposer shall visit the site of the proposed service, inspect the site, inventory the equipment, and particularly familiarized themselves with the difficulties and restrictions regarding the execution of the proposed service. The base scope of work shall include replacement of the HVAC system, installation of LED lighting, and the installation of a new 2x2 ceiling grid system. The proposers solution shall include any building modifications that must be made to accomplish their design. Any services or tasks that have been omitted from this specification, which are clearly necessary for the complete respective service, shall be considered a requirement although not directly described in this specification. The successful proposer shall provide all labor, material and equipment required for the performance of these services. Before the proposers scope of work is started: NPSB Staff will be relocated to the new IT building NPSB furniture will be removed or located in the center of each office and tarped NPSB will likely reconfigure 3 to 5 offices by moving some walls (School Board will handle this scope 100% and be complete by project commencement.)
