Drainage Improvements at Roberts Road and Dwight Avenue for the City of Fairfax, VA. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act The purpose of this project is to construct curb and gutter structures, storm-water pipes, and associated infrastructure along the eastern side of Roberts Road. The project area is approximately 1,200 LF, starting from Main Street and extending to Dwight Ave. The project also includes constructing driveway aprons and replacing asphalt pavement along designated areas. See attached project plans for more details The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award A fully completed and properly executed original Bid Bond, cashier's check, certified check, money order, or cash escrow in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid made payable to the Treasurer of the City shall accompany each bid The Contractor shall deliver to the Owner or its designated representative, a City of Fairfax Standard Performance Bond and a City of Fairfax Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond each fully executed by the Contractor and one or more surety companies legally licensed to do business in Virginia and each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price Question Deadline 08/09/2023 The term of the contract shall be 180 days from notice to proceed
