1. BACKGROUND. THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT AND THERE IS NO INCUMBENT PROVIDING SERVICES. This requirement is a firm-fixed-price with a twelve-month base period and four (4) option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210, Government Base Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47 million. The PSC is Z1FC - Maintenance of Troop Housing Facilities. This request is for the Contractor to furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, computers, transportation, tools, supervision, quality control, management, internet, cellphones, printer, fax machine (if desired), office supplies, and other items and actions necessary to perform these services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). A total of three (3) full-time personnel are required: carpenter, electrician, and plumber. See attached documents for additional information. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There currently no funds available at this time, however, the Government anticipates funding in the future. A future contract award is conditioned on availability of funds at a later date. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FA4626-24-Q-0015. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47M. (iv) Requirement: When submitting your quotation, please utilize Attachment 1, Bid Schedule (Pricing Worksheet), for a base year and four option periods. The award Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure will be made in accordance with formatting within the Bid Schedule. (vi)Period of Performance: One (1) base year and four (4) one -year option periods (1 April 2024 through 31 March 2029).
