Work will consist of repairing architectural, civil, structural, mechanical/engineering, and fire protection related systems throughout the building. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is over $10,000,000.00 with an estimated period of performance of over 365 calendar days. Description: The 341st Contracting Squadron is contemplating a solicitation and potential award of a single, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to repair Dorm 1062 at Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), Montana. Work will consist of repairing architectural, civil, structural, mechanical/engineering, and fire protection related systems throughout the building. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is over $10,000,000.00 with an estimated period of performance of over 365 calendar days. The Government is specifically interested in identifying small business concerns, to include 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) interested in completing this requirement while serving in the capacity of "Prime" contractor. The Government is requesting all interested parties to submit the information stated below to the primary POC, Cody Babinecz, at cody.babinecz@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on 12 October 2023.
