Design/Build, Repair Tactical Operations Center, BLDG 1455, NZAS 24-0003" consists of an interior renovation of an existing building constructed in 2020. The scope of the project includes: removing sections of wall; construction of a new wall; new door installation; repairing, adding and removing carpet floor coverings, replacing cove base on all flooring; removing, repairing, in-filling holes, preparing, priming, and painting walls, acoustical ceiling grid and tile removal and replacement; adding or relocating existing light fixtures; adding, relocating, reconfiguring, and replacing electrical trim, including switches, receptacles, cover plates, and any other visible electrical items; adding new electrical receptacles; adding new communications ports; removal of miscellaneous items including air conditioning units, plumbing, water lines, etc. if required; HVAC modifications; This project is in an occupied building. Questions Due: No later than (NLT) 2:00 PM, MDT, 16 May 2024 The Contractor shall perform all services necessary to accomplish complete and functional installation of the proposed project. This installation shall be accomplished in accordance with the (UFC Unified Facilities Code) specifications, the associated drawings, and requirements of the Statement of Work as discussed in the following paragraphs. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor/designer to comply with the UFC Work under this project may consist of, but not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection/life safety.
