Work under this project may consist of removal/replacement of wall surfaces, flooring, auditorium seating, double door, and IT infrastructure, along with the purchase and installation of conference furniture. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for this acquisition. Potential Acquisition Strategy The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be 60 days from Notice to Proceed The Government is anticipating that this will be a 100% small business 8(a) sole source and is looking to identify 8(a) small businesses, interested to serve in the capacity of a "Prime" contractor and have the capability to accomplish the requirements identified above. The Government intends to host a pitch day at Malmstrom AFB for interested companies that reply to this notice to discuss their capabilities, strategies, plans, risks, and budget assumptions associated with meeting these requirements. The attached (draft notional) Statement of Objectives and attachments are provided to support interested 8(a) vendors in design and planning activities in preparation for the Pitch Day. Interested parties that reply to this notice will receive more information prior to Pitch Day on the deliverables desired. The Government intends to use this information for business type decisions on the final solicitation product. All interested parties are requested to submit the below information to the POC's identified above no later than 2:00 pm Mountain Time on 7 Jun 2024.
