Questions Due: No later than (NLT) 2:00 PM, MST, 06 Aug 2024 Project Requirements: a. Project Number: MATOC 24-0016 b. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) c. Performance Location: 341st CES, Malmstrom AFB, Montana. d. Project Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000 e. Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). f. Bid Acceptance Period: Pricing shall be good through 30 September 2024. g. Liquidated Damages (IAW FAR 52.211-12): $399.77 h. Bonds: Performance and payment bonds are required 10 days after selection. i. Warranty (IAW FAR 52.246-21): Standard construction warranty is required. j. Applicable Wage Determinations: MT20240062 (28 June 2024) k. Restroom: Not available for contractor use. Contractor must provide their own. l. Storage Area: A storage area will be available for the contractor’s use by coordination with the Inspector/Engineer. The contractor shall be responsible for any storage trailers and equipment. Contractor will be responsible for restoring storage areas to pre-construction status.
