Construction work under this project may include but is not limited to demolishing the building complete with footings, foundation, site utilities, AT wall and berm, grading, sodding and extending irrigation to the disturbed areas in accordance with the statement of work and these specifications. The project NAICS code 238910 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
