UPDATE FOR INQUIRY (2 MAY 2025) - An inquiry was made in regards to as-built drawings for Outfall #6, and the Government does not have as-builts for Outfall #6. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for the Repair Drainage and Outfalls project at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The contractors shall, except as specified in the individual requirement specifications, provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and any incidental requirements/services necessary to successfully execute and complete the Drainage and Outfalls project per the specifications or Statement of Work (SOW). A pre-proposal site visit will take place on 14 April 2025, at 10:00am. Everyone will meet at the 341st Contracting Auditorium (7215 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 145, Room 305, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402), then we will all visit each outfall site. To get base access for the pre-proposal site visit please contact the POCs listed in this posting, or in the section L&M attachment. The purpose of this project is to Repair Drainage and Outfalls at Malmstrom AFB, MT. This project consists of replacement and repair of storm drainage related facilities at stormwater outfalls number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6. Statement of Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for the base period effort (Outfalls 1, 2, 3) in the amount of the government estimate. Funds are not presently available for the optional effort (Outfalls 4 and 6), and the option will not be exercised until funds become available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
