The Contractor shall perform all services and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to completely demolish the buildings. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the UFC Unified Facilities Code specifications, and additional requirements of the Statement of Work. The estimated project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 84 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
