Renovation of a residential development in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Roof replacement at three (3) existing buildings located in Campbellton at the following addresses: 168-176 Dover Street, 158-166 Dover Street, and 61-65 Tingley Crescent. .2 Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingles, ice and water shield, underlayment, and drip edge. .3 Check existing sheathing for damage. .4 Install three (3) courses of ice and water shield with 100 mm overlap between courses. .5 Supply and install roof underlayment. .6 Supply and install asphalt shingles from approved manufacturer. .7 Supply and install new metal drip edge. .8 Remove existing ridge vent and repair area as per specifications. .9 Supply and install new attic ventilators with 305 mm (12”) extensions. .10 Leave site clean and tidy upon completion of work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. award is subject to final approval.
