Site work for a road / highway in Grand Forks, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of the following: 1. Asphalt Removal or Milling. Saw Cutting. Asphalt Removal and Disposal. Grinding to remove thick asphalt only with approval from the Public Works Manager or designate. 2. Base Prep Grading, shaping and compaction prior to paving. 3. Patching Supply of MOTI Class 1 Medium Mix Asphalt. Placement of Asphalt. Leveling & Compaction of Asphalt. 4. Shouldering Placement of Material Compaction of Material The finished surface of each completed patch must be level/even with the surrounding existing asphalt.
