The work comprises of daily (Mon-Fri) janitorial services for o the City Hall (approximately 4500sq ft for janitorial services) o the Fire Hall (approximately 3000sq ft for janitorial services) o the Public Works Building (approximate 2500 sq ft for janitorial services) o the Wastewater Treatment Plant Building (approximate 500 sq ft for janitorial services) and janitorial services on an as-required basis for: o the Grand Forks Court Facility (approximately 1500sq ft for janitorial services) The City of Grand Forks is seeking proposals for janitorial services for City operations for a three-year period commencing on October 1st, 2023, until September 30th, 2026, with the option for subsequent annual terms (maximum 2 additional years). All enquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, in writing, to the City of Grand Forks Designated Contact Person by 12:00 noon, local time, August 10th, 2023. Information obtained from any other source is not official and should not be relied upon. Enquiries and responses will be recorded and will be posted on the City's website by 4:00 PM August 11th, 2023. Questions received after the inquiry deadline will not be answered.
