Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Grand Forks, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The current fuelling terminal has reached its end of life and is in need of replacement. The current configuration requires a dial-up analogue phone line, connected through an underground conduit to the main terminal building. The City intends to replace and upgrade the underground conduit as part of the overall project and add ethernet cabling for connectivity. (The conduit installation and network cable run are outside of the scope of this RFP and provided for reference only.) Specific Deliverables Supply new Airport Fuel Terminal and desired/required accessories. Delivery to Grand Forks and Installation of new Fuel Terminal and removal of old equipment Setup and configuration of any required software At a minimum the successful proposal is expected to provide the following: A Fuel Terminal that can control 2 individual fuel connections (AVGAS and JET-A) Cloud hosted fuel management software and communication - please detail annual costs associated with the software. Ethernet and Cellular Connectivity as a communication method Credit Card Terminal for purchasing of fuel by the public - Credit Card Terminal must be compatible with standard Canadian credit card processors. Onsite pedestal mounting and testing. All items F.O.B. destination City of Grand Forks - Public Works / Airport.
