Provide new planting and irrigation at west side of UC Berkeley campus. Remove existing planting, site and soil preparation, and landscape edging. Planting includes trees, shrubs, and grasses. Provide 2” sleeve Control Wire in trenches in the asphalt and tunnel under the sidewalks and curbs on Crescent Lawn. Provide new mainline at the larger planting area to be installed in the same trench as the Control Wire, and into the planting at Crescent Lawn. To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit with its bid, a Contractor’s Special Statement of Experience. This Contractor’s Special Statement of Experience must be provided on the Contractor’s letterhead. If your firm provides inaccurate or incomplete information your firm will be found non-responsive. If your firm receives negative project references they may be found non-responsive.
