The work to be accomplished under these Specifications consists of the furnishing of all materials, machinery, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of water works facilities more particularly described elsewhere in the Specifications and shown on the Plans Separate sealed bids for Contract 123 (ECD 15118) Byrdstown 2022 Water System Rehabilitation CDBG Project for furnish and install approximately 1,500 radio read meters and related appurtenances.
