Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Byrdstown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,735-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the addition of a 3,675-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project includes the renovation of a 7,735 square foot facility that was formally used as a church, and converting it into a senior center, county offices and UCHRA offices. Also included in this project is a 3,675 square foot building addition to be used for county offices. The building construction shall be wood-framed with asphalt shingles and stone veneer and Hardie cladding. The renovation portion will include new paint, floor finishes, ceilings and casework. The site will be upgraded by removing existing mini golf course, resealing and striping the existing parking lot, as well as new landscaping around the front of the building. All Bidders are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the work of the above project.
