HOLIDAY SHORES FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Request for Bid-Parking Lot Resurface Chip and Seal The Holiday Shores Fire Protection District (HS- FPD) is accepting open bids and statements of qualifications to perform work on our parking lot to include re-surfacing and performing a Chip, Oil and Seal. Please provide in your bid: o SCOPE OF WORK & COSTS FOR Parking Lot Chip, Oil and Seal o BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS o ESTABLISHED WORKING HOURS o LABOR RATES o LIST ALL INCLUSIONS o LIST ALL EXCLUSIONS o LICENSES, BONDS AND INSURANCE NO EXCEPTIONS will be made AND no submissions will be accepted after the specified date and time. Scope of Work/Costs Criteria to be Performed as General Guildelines: 1. Scarify and prepare parking lot, both upper and lower, for oil and chip treatment 2. Remove parking blocks and other obstructions 3. Apply oil and chip treatment and roll 4. Clean up loose rock, patch where necessary to ensure uniform application, mitigate any weeds along edge, and haul off debris 5. Replace parking blocks 6.
