The project defined within this Scope of Work is to replace 4 heat pump units within the residential housing quarters units, 4 heat pump units within the Nurse Quarters Building 107, and also test each units well field. Also included in the scope of work is to demolish/rebuild one quarters unit rear deck. Contractor shall give a detailed report of which well fields are leaking and determine if the leaks are from exposed piping inside the home or crawlspace, or determine if the leaks are located outside the home in the yard or buried well field. Well field testing shall be completed prior to the replacement of the heat pumps. If a well field does not pass the well field test, approval must be given from the COR to continue with installation of the heat pump.
