Site work and paving for a civil project in Winnebago, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: Common Excavation 20,200 CY - Bituminous Pavement 7,100 Ton - Aggregate Base, Class 5 19,200 Ton - 12"-30" RCP Storm 5,400 LF-48"-72" 4020 Storm Manhole 150 LF - 2'x3' Storm Catch Basin 185 LF- Concrete Walk 3,100 SY - 6" Trenchless Watermain 400 LF- 8"-12" Sanitary Sewer 5,900 LF - 4-12" Watermain 6,300 LF - Sanitary Sewer Manhole 250 LF - Curb & Gutter 14,500 LF- Seeding/Sod 21,300 SY- together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, and Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by July 1, 2025. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Winnebago shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
