A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations within the City or at any location or facility under the jurisdiction of the City. The bid documents include a Construction Task Catalog containing construction tasks with preset Unit Prices. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material and equipment prices and are for the direct cost of construction. The City may award Contract(s) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s), but reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any irregularities in any bid received. Bid Bond $25,000.00 Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $500.00 per calendar day. Project Duration 1 Year + 2 bilateral option terms 1 year each Estimated Bid Value min $25,000 max $2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
