The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for providing structural shoring to raise and repair the deflection of the gym floor at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility at 1200 E Washington St, Mount Pleasant, IA 52641. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on October 16, 2023 and end on May 13, 2024. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 pm, July 25, 2023, to the Issuing Officer.
