Renovation of a residential development in Clewiston, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide one (1) new 120/240 volt, 38kW, 1,800 RPM, 1-phase, Liquid Propane (LP) Standby Generator and installation services for a residential property located at the addresses listed in the Scope of Work. The Contractor and all pre-approved subcontractors shall provide evidence of licensure to the Tribal Inspector's Department. Any of the following: State: Certified Electrical Contractor OR County: Master Electrical Contractor All work not within the scope of the above Contractor shall be completed by a licensed subcontractor. All contractors/subcontractors shall have current Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation, or proof of exemption from Workers Compensation. Lump sum fixed fee contract with all work to be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days Deadline for Questions*: July 25, 2023 @ 5:00pm
