Site work and renovation of a road / highway in Avenal, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a road / highway.
The following additions, deletions, and/or clarifications in, on, and to the Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents will apply to the proposal made for, and to the execution of, the various parts of the work affected. Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest, so that the proper allowance may be made in all computations, estimates and contracts, and all trades affected shall be fully advised in the performance of the work which will be required of them. Engineers estimate is $6.9 million. The work to be performed consists, in general, of grading existing shoulder, furnishing temporary pavement, full-depth reclamation (FDR) and new asphalt concrete (AC) for the Avenal Cutoff Road in Kings County near State Route (SR) 198. In addition, the project will include asphalt concrete overlays at several locations. Please see plans for more details. Proposers are responsible for submitting any and all questions concerning the work as set forth in the project documents. Questions must be presented in writing via email to Patricio Villegas at Patricio.Villegas@co.kings.ca.us prior to 4:00 PM, local time, on July 19, 2023.
